Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of SayHi (“SayHi”, “we”, “us”), a service that helps businesses collect customer reviews and feedback through shareable links, QR codes and email requests. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You must provide a valid email address, keep your password and two-factor codes secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The service

SayHi lets you create businesses and review links. When a customer opens a link they can rate their experience and are directed to a review site you choose, or to a private feedback form, depending on how your link is configured. Paid plans add features such as feedback storage, email review requests (including bulk sending), notifications, Google business search and rating display, drip campaigns and webhooks. Features, limits and retention periods for each plan are shown on the billing page and may change with reasonable notice.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, who charges applicable taxes and is the seller of record for your purchase; Paddle's terms also apply. You can cancel any time from the billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by Paddle's refund policy and applicable law. If a subscription ends or you move to a lower plan, features above the new plan's limits may be disabled, and extra review links may be deactivated and stored data may be deleted according to that plan's retention period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may remove content or links, with or without notice where necessary to protect the service or others.

5. Email requests and your recipients

When you send review requests, you are the sender and we act on your behalf. Each message includes an unsubscribe link; we honor opt-outs by not sending further requests from your account to that address. Sending limits apply (for example, a cap on recipients per send and per day) to protect deliverability.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and customer data you put into SayHi. You give us a limited license to host, process, display and transmit it solely to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to provide it. Customer feedback is stored only on plans that include it and only for that plan's retention period. If you publish a business profile, the name, logo, banner, text and contact details you choose to show are public on sayhi.biz and may be indexed by search engines; you must have the rights to any images you upload and must not upload unlawful or infringing content.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Paddle (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Google (business search and ratings via the Places API). Review sites you link to are not operated by us, and we do not control or guarantee their content or whether a review is published. Google review information shown in SayHi is limited to what Google makes available and may be incomplete or delayed.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features. If we make a material change to these Terms we will notify you by email or in the app; continuing to use the service afterward means you accept the changes.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any increase in reviews, ratings or sales.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayHi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or US$50 if you have not paid). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages and expenses arising from your content, your review requests and email recipients, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

12. Termination

You may stop using SayHi and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. The governing law and venue are those of the jurisdiction where the operator of SayHi is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
